A Charlotte County resident, Joe is involved in the community as a member of the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club and the Englewood YMCA community board, as well as the Finance and Audit Committee for the Charlotte Community Foundation. Joe also dedicates time serving on the board of Englewood Area Youth Baseball (EAYB), an organization that supports local youth to grow in both sportsmanship and baseball skills. Originally from West Hartford, Conn., Elizabeth served as a customer service representative in that state for American Airlines, the Hartford Courant newspaper and other companies prior to moving to Florida in 2001. A native of the Port Charlotte area, Brittney is actively involved in the local community through autism awareness associations and performing arts enrichment programs. Although Debbie’s roots are in West Virginia's Hardy County, she has called Florida home for over 30 years and currently resides in Zolfo Springs. Her banking career began in 1991 when she moved to Florida, and since 1999 she has been a part of our team, transitioning from a personal banker to a Business Relationship Banker. She relocated her family to Florida in 2004 and joined the Bank two years later. She initially was part of the bank’s “float team,” filling in as needed as a teller or customer service representative. She subsequently became a senior teller, and in mid-2007 she was named Gulf Cove Office Branch Manager.
She was made a vice president in 2012, when she returned to the Punta Gorda office as retail and business banking officer. She graduated from St. Paul College with a degree in business management and began her banking career as a personal banker while still in college. She has worked in the Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda markets for the past eight years, most recently as a branch manager for another financial institution in Punta Gorda prior to joining the Bank. Originally from Alaska, Lindsey began her banking career after high school at a community bank.
Marilyn started at the Bank in 1983 and worked for over 3 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for her son. She returned in 2000, working first as a teller, a personal banker and then was promoted to branch operations manager. Joanne joined the Bank in 2018 in the Credit Risk department, where she proved to be an invaluable asset. In the fall of 2020, she entered a training period to transition to a commercial banker for the bank’s Highlands County market. She spent time in both credit analysis and loan operations to expand her knowledge before beginning her lending and business development duties full time. After the Navy, Ben served as Operations Manager for a boat manufacturing plant while getting his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Western Governors University.
When not at the bank, Joe spends time with his three children and wife of over 15 years exploring the natural beauty of Florida while golfing, boating, fishing, and hunting. He completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Jacksonville University where he played collegiate football and obtained an MBA in finance from Colorado Tech University. Daniel joined the Bank in September 2014 as Vice President P Risk Management Officer. His background includes eight years with the Farm Credit organization in Florida in positions of CFO (6 years) and Risk Management Officer (2 years).
He has been involved in banking since 1996 and has more than 20 years' experience working in wealth management. In 2019, Joanne signed on as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and she became a community board member of the organization in 2020. He is a former council member for the Give Well Foundation, served 16 years on the Community Investment Team for United Way of Central Florida, was a booster for Harrison Performing Arts School guitar department and a volunteer for youth baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travel, sports, and spending time with family.
Michelle began her career in in the community banking industry in her home state of Massachusetts in 1985. She started out as a teller, then worked her way up to her first management position in 1991. Amy is a Business Banking Officer with 25 years of experience in Florida's banking industry.
Holli enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling with her family in her spare time. Outside of her professional life, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family and has been married to her best friend for 25 years. She affectionately refers to her five dachshunds - Beatrice, Harvard, Charlie, Sally, and Franklin - as her children. Originally from Indiana, she moved to Florida in 1997 and currently resides in Port Charlotte. She was married to her late husband, Tony, for 36 years and they had 2 sons together.
